Forget about justice. There is only business. The logic is very simple:
Current Situation: You target some perceived very deep pockets customers and try to sell yourself to them, but now you realize that they are just some idiots;
What are the alternatives: You can continue to push/educate these idoits, or try to sell your self to somebody else. You may make less profit up front, but if you truely have something, you might be able to make more out of it in the long run;
What if everything fails: No matter how good your product is, if you are unable to sell it, regardless if it is because your stupidity or your clients/potential clients' stupidity, as long as you didn't captalize it, your product worth nothing.
The bottom line: when a business fails, nobody thinks/cares about how good your product is, on the contray, everything thinks you are an idoit that makes a product that doesn't sell.

gcformeornot is correct. You cannot "transfer" an I-140 approval, but you can keep and use the PD for any subsequent I-140. Once a new LC is approved, a copy of the I-140 approval notice with the 10/2007 PD should be included in the new I-140 submission along with a request to use the old PD on the new I-140 approval notice.

6 yrs + experience prior to joining the current recruiter.
Am I eligible for EB2 category, as my employer says, EB2 be most likely would be rejected/denied and its a big risk

i called TSC and after about 10 mins or wait, i was directed to a very nice lady. Who basically told me that they are processing April 30 application adn since mine is august RD, I have about 4 more months before they look at my file. So to answer, they do go by RD and not ND. She also tole me that my name check has been cleared. Its a matter of time now.
I have not seen any updates on my case, since the LUD after FP. I do have a criminal issue, so I anticipate an interview. However, i have forwared all my court docs to them when i applied for 485. some attorneys tell me that interveiw may not even be needed since they have all the court docs. It was for a DWI 8 years ago.

I am currently on H3 visa. My 2-yr term is coming to an end. My company had initially told me that they would find me a job internally and then relocate me to another location outside of the US after my training ends.
However, the company has not been able to find me anything in other regions, which essentially means I will be laid off. I want to know if the company is liable to pay me severance / air tickets back to my home country??
My employer is currently saying that they are not responsible for my airfare. That provision is only for H1B's. However, if the intent of H3 visa was to bring me for training and transfer me so that I could use that knowledge somewhere else. Even in the H-3 filing papers my company stated that their intent was to provide me employment in other regions after the end of the training. I don't understand how can they leave me stranded. They should be liable for something (severance, airfare)??
Please reply if you have any advice.

More H-1Bs and More high skilled foreigners will not only revive the economy, they will create more jobs for the currently unemployed Americans.
Let those who spread the false rumors that high-skilled foreigners "will work for less" that their lies are only hurting their own children and grand children. Whereas more high-skilled immigrants will ensure those children and grandchildren of nativists and of all Americans can also have an American dream, just like their parents did. Processing of 140 applications in NSC now takes 9 to 12 months . The movement of dates only will make things worse for processing of all the applications.
Hope it does not take more than a year for AP and EAD ...

We got the EAD receipt for both of us.My EAD Status says card ordered but my spouses EAD is still pending. Any one in a similar situation? FP Notices receive for both of us.

Company A applied for labor(EB2) in Dec2006. It was approved.
My I140 was filed in March 2007 and approved on Jan 10 2008.
I did not file for I485 in July 2007.
I had changed companies in April 2007.Presenly I am on Company B payroll.
Now, If I move back to Company A, would I be able to apply for my I485 when the date opens.
The online status for I140 says, Approved.
I am in good terms with both the employers.
If I move to company A; at the time of applying I485, do I need to have paystubs from Company A?

For applying green card...you don't need any special work visa like h1b etc.. What you need is a sponsorship for your greencard under EB2/EB3 categories. You can research more on that in this forum and also at immigration.com website.
