The point of this campaign is to send Not $100, not $50, not even $10.

How come observations made over years on 100's to 1000's of students are "unsubstantiated"? Of course you may want not to believe me; that is your prerogative, and so is writing my own experience mine.

I am in EB2 with a US Master's degree. My priority date is April 2006 and my case is not approved. Many of friends same boat as me are not approved.
So "reddymjm" I don't think all US Master's degree in EB2 are approved.

Thank you!! That's true exagerated values. With concurrent filing you can travel in and out of the country, you can work etc. Now we are moaning that the greencard is going to take forever! Wow! Be happy with this situation (file your i-140 & i-485) and stop these pessimistic views!

Hello,
My wife's NJ license expired too and so was her EAD last month when we went for License renewal (Sept 2010). We had already applied for her EAD renewal which was in process a couple of days before we went.
It was renewed till Feb of 2011.
I would suggest you to take the following along with other stuff (to make up the 6-point ID):
1. Whatever I-94 that is attached in your PP.
2. Your expired EAD card.
3. Your EAD renewal receipt.
4. Just take along H-1B renewal receipt too (but it will not be of any help really).
We went to Wayne DMV in Passaic county (NJ).
Hope you get your license back soon.

I am trying to change my job and have an approved I-140 with a priority date of August 2006. The question is if I am successful in porting my old August PD for my new I-140 applied after May 2007, would I come under this new merit system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have made a contribution and posted on this thread or on the thread we had before your name should be on the list. We do not have an automatic way of updating this list once someone had made a contribution through paypal at this time. Every night I go through this thread, update numbers and names. I could have made a manual error and missed some names but once people have brought that to my attention I have been double checking and responding back to them. I know I am behind on verifying one or two contributions but I will catch up. I work long hours,take classes and I live 80 miles away from where I work. I wish I had more than 24 hours in my day. If you could help us with maintaining an accurate list that would be awesome.

If you are done with contributing please urge your friends to do so. Previously lot of people used to ask what should they tell about IV achievments to friends. Now you have the July Visa bulletin Fiasco. Strike the iron while it is hot. Please urge you friends to contribute ASAP.

IV is looking in the right direction in the long term.
IV, sure is looking at a long term solution. I did not criticize that strategy. IV should continue to work for a permanent fix.
Currently for IV, this long term fix is the #1 priority. I was suggesting that IV should make the long term fix a #2 priority. And make #1 priority as improving efficiency at USCIS.

I read in one of the Ron's post -CHc trying to stop even small immigration bills which has no amesty in it.So even the nurse recapture bill is at stake.
So ,I'm sorry -I beleive no one will even touch our case.Apply in EB2 port PD or get new PD either will be helpful .But seeing new backlog for I 140 its terrible.
I might apply for Canadian GC-Having kids here ,man they are adapted to this country living.That's the only thing bothering - kids future.
So this bill this year is at stake for sure.No one cares ...including change-what change there woudnt be any change in new party too.Its all drama going.I lost the trust.Its as if EB3 is not educated.
I'm just wondering-Will this problem be there if it were for ROW-or is it our color...that they dont want to aid.It's sure racism.
How many EB3 are there in total...Who asked them to flood the applications last year? :mad:
Its bloody hell out here.no wonder some people become saddist later half ...who woudnt when they are treated like this from begginning.
Now I have to hate myself applying in EB3.:rolleyes:

I have mailed to Senator Menendez -NJ thanking him for introducing the new bill and to do the needful.So far no news.
